Susanne Venberg
Susanne Venberg’s story begins in a small Minnesota town surrounded by farm fields, family, and the kind of community where people show up for one another. Growing up next to a neighboring dairy farm and inside her family’s machine shop, she learned early the value of hard work, integrity, and doing things the right way. Those experiences shaped her belief that a meaningful life is built through consistency, character, and caring for the people around you.
Her father’s machine shop played a central role in her upbringing. Susanne spent countless hours helping with office work, bookkeeping, and the day‑to‑day operations that keep a small business running. She loved the precision of accounting, the satisfaction of balancing a checkbook to the penny, and the pride that comes from contributing to something built with your own hands. That early exposure to entrepreneurship gave her a deep appreciation for small business owners and the financial decisions they face.
Outside the shop, Susanne found a different kind of passion: racing. She spent years competing in kart racing across the United States, developing a love for analytics, strategy, and continuous improvement. The racetrack taught her how small adjustments can create meaningful change, how preparation influences performance, and how to stay focused under pressure. These lessons now shape her approach to financial planning, where attention to detail and thoughtful strategy make all the difference.
Susanne’s work is rooted in relationships. She loves getting to know people, understanding what matters most to them, and helping them navigate both the expected and unexpected chapters of life. She believes planning is not just about numbers but about clarity, confidence, and supporting clients as they move toward the life they want to build. Her clients appreciate her ability to listen deeply, ask meaningful questions, and create plans that reflect their values and goals. Life has also taught Susanne the importance of pivoting with grace. When circumstances shift or dreams change, she believes in adapting, praying through the moment, and finding purpose in the new direction. This perspective allows her to walk alongside clients with empathy and encouragement, especially during seasons of transition, and she finds fulfillment in helping people move forward with hope, resilience, and a renewed sense of possibility.
Collaboration is a cornerstone of Susanne’s approach. She enjoys partnering with accountants, attorneys, and other trusted professionals to ensure clients receive well‑rounded, coordinated guidance. She believes the best outcomes come from a team approach, where each person brings their expertise to support the client’s overall well‑being. This commitment to collaboration reflects her belief that life is better when we work together.
Faith, family, and community remain at the center of Susanne’s life. She is a proud mother to her son Jake, a leasing agent in Minnesota, and her twin daughters Alix and Arie, both nurses in Phoenix. Alix and her husband Jon serve as hospice nurses, while Arie works in pre‑ and post‑operative care at Banner University. Susanne cherishes time with her family and the friends who have become family over the years.
Outside of work, Susanne enjoys volunteering, staying active, working out, and spending time outdoors in the beautiful places she visits. Whether she is connecting with loved ones, exploring nature, or serving her community, she strives to live with gratitude and purpose. Susanne welcomes the opportunity to get to know you, learn your story, and help you build a plan that supports the life you’re creating.
